Most websites collect referrals by requesting that you enter the email addresses of your friends or colleagues. This information is stored in their databases and is used to follow-up and potentially annoy the person you referred.

We provide you with a referral link which you can mail directly to your friends. We value your private connections and will not know the recipient until they decide to sign up and join our website. This just seems like a better approach to us.

Team Rewards

Each user who joins BonfireJOBS through a referral is considered to be part of our team. We value our team of promoters and referrals so greatly that we will split our service fee with both the referring user and the user who joins as part of the referral.

As a referring user, you can receive a fraction of each payment made to the referred user.

It is beneficial to refer candidates and employers.

• If you refer a candidate, each completed connection they make will bring you a percentage of that transaction.
• If you refer an employer (who contacts you outside of BonfireJOBS), you will get a percentage of each transfer of funds to the site as well as each connection payment.
